Currently involved in some of Canada’s largest infrastructure projects, ACCIONA delivers solutions that contribute to the economic and social progress of the communities in which it operates.www.acciona.ca\nJob Description\nAs the Security & Site Facilities Supervisor, you will oversee the security measures and maintenance of site facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment, including the temporary bus loop at Gervais Drive during EGS construction. Your primary responsibilities will include managing security protocols, supervising site facilities, commercial matters, and coordinating with other teams to maintain site integrity.\nDevelop and implement security protocols to protect the construction site, personnel, and equipment from theft, vandalism, and other security threats.\nRespond promptly to security incidents, conduct investigations, and report findings to management.\nEffectively support the management of the subcontract for the security provider, and vendors for site facilities, including all commercial aspects\nOversee the maintenance and upkeep of site facilities, including temporary bus loop at Gervais Drive, site offices, restrooms, and common areas.\nIdentify equipment needed for site facilities, ensuring all necessary resources are available and functional.\nEnsure all site facilities comply with health and safety regulations and standards.\nMaintain accurate records of security incidents, maintenance activities, and facility inspections.\nMaintain effective communication with managers and team members to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.\nManage and supervise a team and promote a learning and growth culture.\nWork Conditions:\nAble to perform in a fast-paced environment.\nMay require working extended hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet project deadlines.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nPreferred Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Security Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may offset educational requirements.\n5-10 years of proven experience in security management or facilities maintenance, in large and complex construction project/ industrial project/ logistic project.\nMust possess a valid Ontario Driving license G or G2.\nProven ability to manage multiple locations and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong knowledge of security protocols, systems, and best practices.\nStrong knowledge of facility maintenance and management.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.\nStrong problem-solving and organizational skills.\nStrong communication and teamwork abilities.\nWe are committed to creating an accessible and barrier-free recruitment process and workplace.
