Our teams work on large multi discipline programs involving rail, roads, structures and water assets. These projects improve connectivity, resilience and liveability for communities across the state. We partner with clients and industry to apply technical expertise and sustainable construction practices.\nAbout the Opportunity\nAs Senior Project Engineer, you lead planning and delivery across defined packages of work. You coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, and guide technical, commercial and quality outcomes. You report to the Project Manager and work closely with construction, commercial, safety and design teams to keep delivery on program. You provide clear direction, uplift capability and ensure standards are met across all stages of delivery.\nWhat are the key accountabilities for the position?\nLead package delivery and achieve program milestones\nManage engineering, quality and design interfaces\nDrive cost control and support commercial decisions\nOversee subcontractor performance and compliance\nConduct risk reviews and apply mitigation actions\nBuild strong stakeholder and client relationships\nCoach engineers and support development plans\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nDegree in civil or structural engineering\nProven experience on major infrastructure\nStrong commercial and subcontractor skills\nExperience leading engineering teams\nRail, road or water delivery experience ideal\nWhat we offer?\nEngineers join ACCIONA to work on complex, meaningful infrastructure that shapes communities.
