The scope spans earthworks and access tracks, tower foundations, steel supply and erection, logistics and regional camp accommodation.\nAbout the Opportunity\nReport to the Construction Manager - Towers and lead day-to-day delivery of tower works, from foundations readiness through steel delivery, erection and completion. Work with construction managers and the foundations, logistics, safety, environment and commercial teams to keep works on program, cost and risk targets. Resolve technical and site issues, answer RFIs and drive productivity across multiple, geographically dispersed work fronts. You will also mentor project engineers, site engineers and supervisors, and shape how towers are built.\nKey accountabilities for the position will be:\nLead day-to-day delivery of tower works to program and methodology\nCoordinate foundations readiness, steel delivery and erection sequencing\nManage interfaces between foundations, logistics, access, fabrication and erection teams\nResolve RFIs, technical queries and design clarifications for site teams\nManage subcontractor performance, productivity and compliance\nMonitor progress, risk, quality and safety, and drive recovery plans\nMentor project engineers, site engineers and supervisors\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nCivil, structural or construction engineering qualification\nExperience delivering transmission tower or structural works\nSound knowledge of foundations, steel fabrication and erection\nManaged site delivery across multiple work fronts and interfaces\nStrong understanding of construction safety, risk and compliance\nLocation and conditions\nThis is a regional role and includes the provision to be based at camp as required.\nWhy join us?\nAt ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
