You will join the ACCIONA Infrastructure team responsible for its construction, contributing directly to long-term water security and a more reliable supply for the local community and surrounding Goldfields region.\nAbout the Opportunity\nAs Site Administrator on the Binduli Reservoir project, you will provide administrative support to the site team from our Kalgoorlie office. You will coordinate communication between site management, contractors and stakeholders, manage office operations, and support reporting, scheduling and site logistics. You will also gain the opportunity to develop your skills in site safety administration, including hands-on exposure to 3D safety software. This local, non-FIFO role offers genuine exposure to a major regional infrastructure project and a clear pathway to grow your career within ACCIONA's Infrastructure business.\nKey accountabilities for the position will be:\nProvide administrative support and accurate record-keeping for the site team.\nCoordinate communication across site management, contractors and project stakeholders.\nManage office operations, including supplies and basic budget tracking.\nSchedule project meetings and prepare reports, correspondence and presentations.\nCoordinate site logistics, travel and ongoing calendar management.\nTrack deliverables and follow up to ensure timely completion.\nSupport compliance with site procedures, policies and relevant regulations.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nWhat capability and experience will you need to have:\nBring prior admin experience in construction or project settings.\nHave strong organisational skills managing multiple priorities.\nCommunicate clearly in writing and in person with stakeholders.\nBe proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks.\nBring high attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.\nAt ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
