Join a team that’s building a cleaner future-locally and globally.\nIn Thailand we are looking for a Site Coordinator to conduct initial site data collection, performing ocular inspections, maintaining field inventories, and providing daily administrative and operational support to the Land Development team in accordance with Thai legal and corporate standards\nJob Description\n\n Site Inspection and Identification: Conduct ocular inspections and site validations, identifies, assessness and records affected properties, landowners, claimants and tenants.\n\n Asset & Crop Inventory: Performs detailed field inventories of affected improvements, including crops, plants, trees, houses, and permanent/temporary structures for compensation evaluation.\n\n Document Collection & Administrative Support: Coordinates with landowners to assist in collecting land ownership documents (e.g., Title Deeds/Chanote, N.S.3K), rights agreements, and identity verification documents required for land acquisition files. Verifies document accuracy, rectifies any discrepancies, and facilitates the lease registration process\n\n Field Monitoring: Conducts routine site visits to ensure boundaries and markers are intact and reports any unauthorized intrusions or site modifications to the Team Lead.\n\n Dismantling & Clearing Verification: Inspects compensated sites to confirm that structures/crops are properly cleared and relocation is executed outside the acquired project boundaries.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nQualifications/Education: Bachelor’s degree in General Management, Agriculture, Surveying, Law, Political Science, Geography, or a related field.\nAdditional training:\nGood skill with Microsoft Office tools (Words, Excel)\nLanguages/Level: English/high/intermediate level, spoken and written.\nSkills:\n0-2 years of experience in site coordination, land survey support, or field administration (Fresh graduates welcome).\nStrong interpersonal skills for communicating with local landowners and community members in local dialects.\nPossess a valid driver's license and ability to work extensively in field conditions.\n• Birthplace is in the northeastern province is preferred\nAble to work at the project site (Amnat Charoen Province).\nAs a company that values diversity as a source of talent, we work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging and engagement so that all people can participate on an equal opportunity basis.
