Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.\nJob Description\nAcciona are currently looking for Site Engineers with Infrastructure experience for Metro and Regional projects.\nACCIONA delivers complex civil, transport and water infrastructure across metropolitan and regional Victoria. Our teams work on large multi discipline programs involving rail, roads, structures and water assets. These projects improve connectivity, resilience and liveability for communities across the state. We partner with clients and industry to apply technical expertise and sustainable construction practices.\nAbout the Opportunity\nAs a Site Engineer, you will turn designs into built work on ACCIONA projects across metro and regional Victoria. You will work with supervisors, subcontractors, designers and the client to keep construction safe, on program and to specification. You will check quality, resolve technical issues in the field and keep records accurate. You will see major infrastructure take shape from the ground up and build the technical skills to grow your career. Your base is South Melbourne, with site work across the state.\nWhat are the key accountabilities for the position?\nSet out and check construction works against approved designs\nCoordinate daily site activities with supervisors and subcontractors\nCheck quality and complete inspection and hold point records\nResolve technical queries and constructability issues in the field\nMonitor safety and environmental requirements on site\nRecord progress, quantities and changes accurately for the project team\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nYou will have a tertiary education in civil engineering, construction or similar.\nExperience supporting construction works on civil or rail sites\nKnowledge of site safety, quality and environmental controls\nAbility to read drawings and check works against them\nClear communication with crews, subcontractors and client teams\nWhat we offer?\nEngineers join ACCIONA to work on complex, meaningful infrastructure that shapes communities.
