This role involves ensuring that all construction activities comply with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. The Station Field Coordinator will work closely with project managers, site superintendents, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of station construction projects.\nSupervise and manage on-site engineering activities for station construction.\nEnsure that construction activities comply with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.\nConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.\nProvide technical support and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.\nAddress and resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.\nCollaborate with the design team to address design-related issues on-site.\nIdentify and address any deviations from project requirements.\nCoordinate closely with supervisors, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of station construction within the overall project framework.\nMaintain accurate records of all on-site activities, including inspections, audits, and compliance reports.\nProvide regular updates and reports on construction progress, challenges, and solutions.\nDevelop and implement solutions to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project execution.\nEnsures work is being performed with Safety, Quality and Environmental guidelines of the project.\nPerform other related duties as assigned, promoting a positive team environment and a culture of collaboration.\nWork Conditions:\nMust possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License G or G2.\nAble to perform in a fast-paced environment.\nMay require working extended hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet project deadlines.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\n0-3 years of experience in construction management or field engineering with experience in large infrastructure project preferred.\nExperience with TTC, Go Corridor and Metrolinx Specifications and Standards for Transit Stations is an asset.\nKnowledge of stations construction practices, materials, and relevant local regulations and standards.\nAbility to change priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to communicate effectively with diverse teams.\nProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.\nA commitment to safety and quality, with a strong attention to detail.\nProblem solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.\nA positive attitude and a collaborative spirit, with a focus on achieving project goals and enhancing team performance.\nThis role offers an annual base salary in the anticipated range of $70,000-$95,000 CAD, with compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.\nIn addition to base salary, this role includes a total rewards package that supports employee well-being, development, and long-term growth, subject to company policies and applicable provincial employment standards, including:\nPaid vacation and sick leave\n\nGroup benefits and EFAP from your start date, with premiums paid by ACCIONA\n\nHealth Spending Account\n\nLearning, development, and internal career opportunities\n\nRRSP matching\n\nPerformance-based discretionary bonus\n\nShare purchase program\n\nACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Canada, as well as the Top Employers North America 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 seal, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
