Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.\nACCIONA, in its Construction Business, is looking to hire a Subcontracts Administrator for its Malolos to Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga.Job Description\nAdminister subcontract modifications and amendments as needed.\nCommunicate effectively across the project team and with subcontractors and suppliers.\nPrepare reports on subcontract status, performance, and compliance for internal stakeholders and management.\nMonitor subcontractor invoices and payments to ensure compliance with agreed terms and budget constraints.\nDemonstrates an understanding of specific work scopes by referring to drawings and other contract documents and has knowledge of the rights and obligations of all parties involved. Able to accurately value completed work within the scope, with guidance provided when necessary\nWorks independently on assigned tasks, applying judgment and critical thinking to problems encountered, and presenting a range of potential solutions to the department manager\nAdopts an organized and methodical approach to assigned tasks.\nDemonstrates a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.\nSupports project management, finance, and procurement teams in subcontract-related matters.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering. \nExperience in quantity surveying and/or subcontract administration is desirable, but not essential. \nEnglish proficiency\nACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2024 & 2025 certification in Philippines.
