The role will be key to ensuring the proper management, administration and coordination of project subcontracts, in line with contractual requirements, project needs, budget, schedule, quality standards and operational requirements.Job Description\nThe Subcontracts Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of all subcontract packages, from procurement and award through to final account close-out. The role involves negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring subcontract agreements align with the main contract requirements and project risk profile. Once awarded, the Subcontracts Manager administers contracts by monitoring performance, progress, cost, quality, and safety compliance, while managing variations, claims, payments, and contractual correspondence.\nReports To: Commercial and Contracts Manager\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare subcontract packages including scope of works, specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements.\nNegotiate subcontract terms, pricing, scope alignment, and contractual conditions.\nEnsure subcontract agreements align with main contract obligations and project risk profile.\nAdminister all subcontract agreements throughout the project lifecycle.\nMonitor subcontractor performance against scope, programme, quality, and safety requirements.\nManage subcontract variations, claims, instructions, and contractual correspondence.\nCertify subcontractor interim payments in coordination with quantity surveyors and project controls.\nEnsure compliance with subcontract terms, conditions, and reporting requirements.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nRequirements:\nTotal Experience: 10 years\nExperience in similar position: 5 years\nStrong knowledge of construction subcontracting and contract administration.\nDegree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent\nProfessional English\nKey Competencies\nLeadership and team management.\nProblem-solving and decision-making.\nCommunication and stakeholder management in multicultural environments.\nACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2024 & 2025 certification in Philippines.
