Our Origination team sits at the front of that work. It shapes which opportunities we pursue and how we present ACCIONA to clients. This role leads the submissions function from our Victorian corporate office.\nAbout the Opportunity\nReport to the Origination Manager and lead the submissions function across every bid. You will run the bid program end to end, from strategy and resourcing to quality control and final submission. Lead a large, multidisciplinary team of coordinators, writers and contributors. Work directly with clients and executives to sharpen our messaging, and help decide which projects ACCIONA pursues. You will also negotiate consultant agreements and shape the commercial solution. Own the process, the people and the outcomes.\nKey accountabilities for the position will be:\nLead the submissions function and manage the full bid program\nManage multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, high-quality submissions\nLead project selection, balancing risk, reward and whole-of-ACCIONA value\nPresent client messaging and lead meetings with executives and client teams\nPrepare governance documents and keep approvals aligned to Limits of Authority\nNegotiate consultant agreements and shape the commercial solution\nCoach the team and improve submission processes, templates and resources\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nBusiness or related qualification, or equivalent experience\nProven record leading successful, compliant tenders or proposals\nExperience managing concurrent submissions to strict deadlines\nProven ability to lead and coach multidisciplinary teams\nExcellent writing, plus advanced Microsoft Office and SharePoint\nWhy work for us?\nAt ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
