Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.\nJob Description\nShape training and competency on a major Victorian project, from mobilisation to close-out.\nBenefits\nShape training and competency from mobilisation to close-out\nWork directly with project leadership and site teams\nCareer development support to grow your future with ACCIONA\nAbout the Opportunity\nReporting to the Senior Advisor, Training, you will run technical training and competency arrangements for the project, from mobilisation to close-out. You will be the first point of contact for training enquiries and work with project leadership, Construction, Engineering, Safety, Quality, Environment and People & Culture. Your focus will be high-risk construction activities, so crews have the right skills before they start. You will work from Port Melbourne and from the camps at Lexton. You will also guide personnel on training pathways.\nKey accountabilities for the position will be:\nCoordinate internal and external technical training for the project workforce\nVerify mobilisation requirements before personnel start work on site\nPartner with managers to identify training and capability needs\nMaintain accurate training and competency records in company systems\nAudit training data, report on compliance and escalate risks early\nBuild induction materials and support onboarding of new personnel\nLiaise with registered training organisations and external providers\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willing to obtain)\nExperience coordinating workforce training programs\nExperience with training records and compliance systems\nStrong administration skills, balancing competing priorities\nDesirable: construction or utilities, LMS and ESI knowledge\nLocation and conditions\nThis is a regional role and includes the provision to be based at camp as required.\nWhy work for us?\nAt ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
