Acclaim is an AI-native web agency of 20+ people. We build fast websites that turn visitors into leads. We also help brands show up in AI search.

WHO WE ARE

We have worked remotely since 2014, with no office. Our team works from Poland and the Philippines. We build on WordPress, Webflow, Framer and headless stacks. For WordPress, we skip ready-made themes and use Crunch, our own framework. We also run AI search and CRO projects. And we build web apps and AI automations.

Our clients are mostly B2B SaaS and e-commerce teams. Most of them are in the US and Europe. We also work white-label for other agencies.

HOW WE WORK

AI agents write the first version of code and analysis. People review it, test it and own the result. In short: built with AI, reviewed and owned by people. Every project has a Project Manager and a QA tester. We track time in Toggl and talk on Slack. We share walkthroughs in Loom and plan tasks in ClickUp. More about us: https://acclaim.agency

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a superhero 🦸🏻‍♂️ handyman who combines strong programming skills with an AI-first approach to product development. We want someone who can take a client's needs, turn them into a technical solution, choose the right technologies, and use AI tools to build and deliver that solution as efficiently as possible. Do you think you could be the right fit?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

✅ Building websites, web applications, and custom digital tools from scratch
✅ Making the most of AI coding tools like Claude Code and OpenAI Codex to speed up development
✅ Creating custom websites and integrating them with WordPress, Webflow, or Framer
✅ Building applications using Next.js, Node.js, or Python, depending on the project
✅ Using AI to set up development environments, write code, and build complete applications with minimal manual effort
✅ Turning client requirements into practical technical solutions
✅ Choosing the right technologies for each project, based on its requirements, budget, and complexity
✅ Automating repetitive development tasks and finding new ways to maximize productivity with AI
✅ Testing, debugging, and improving AI-generated code to ensure high-quality results
✅ Exploring new AI tools and development workflows to make the development process faster and more efficient
✅ Balancing development speed with code quality, security, and maintainability

WHAT WE EXPECT:

✅ Commercial experience in web development — building websites and applications from scratch
✅ Strong knowledge of at least one of the following: PHP, React, Node.js, Python
✅ Practical experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar
✅ Ability to write clean code independently and understand what AI generates
✅ Experience in using AI to build complete applications and websites
✅ Knowledge of how to set up development environments, configure dependencies, and integrate different services
✅ Experience in integrating websites with WordPress, Webflow, or Framer
✅ Ability to choose the right technologies based on project requirements and client needs
✅ Attention to detail and quality of work are MUST HAVE
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and improve AI-generated code
✅ Being able to work independently, experiment with new tools, and find smarter ways to develop
✅ A results-oriented mindset — focusing on delivering working solutions, not just writing code
✅ Understanding the importance of code quality, security, and maintainability, even when working with AI
✅ Great communication skills including good command of English – at least B2/C1

NICE TO HAVE

👉🏻 Experience building AI agents that use tools and complete tasks on their own
👉🏻 Hands-on work with RAG, connecting AI to company documents, data or a knowledge base
👉🏻 Business automations that save teams real time in sales, support or reporting
👉🏻 Experience in CRO projects: analytics, A/B tests and changes that lift sign-ups or sales
👉🏻 Understanding of SEO and AI SEO: how pages rank in Google and get cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini
👉🏻 Knowing how marketing and sales funnels work, from the first visit to a booked call
👉🏻 A business mindset: you see the goal behind a task and suggest a faster or cheaper way to reach it

HOW DOES OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS WORK?

Our recruitment process is very fast-paced. If you are quick in your participation, so are we. Once we review your CV, and we like what we see, you expect the following to happen:

Step 1: You will receive an email with a form to fill out from Kinga our Head of HR. After that form is filled out and sent back, we will reach out to invite you to a video chat.

Step 2: You will meet face to face via video chat with one of our IT specialists - we want to get to know you better 😊 During this meeting you will also be asked to do Live Coding. After you finish your assignment, we will reach out to you either with feedback or a job offer.

Step 3: You will participate in a quick conversation to finalize the terms of our co-operation.
