You will design, develop, test, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models and ensembles across generative AI, classification, prediction, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning. You will draw on your expertise in AI/ML algorithms, software development, and cloud computing to take models from experimentation to secure, scalable production.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and develop AI/ML models and ensembles using the customer's data and requirements.\nPreprocess, clean, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to assess its usefulness for AI model training and testing.\nWork with staff officers to conceptualize, design, develop, and run experiments that verify model performance and system soundness.\nDeploy and maintain AI/ML models and ensembles in cloud-based environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.\nDevelop and maintain extract, transform, and load (ETL) pipelines, SQL configurations, and performance metrics that support AI/ML applications.\nDocument and communicate methods and findings using the customer's formats and templates. This may include authoring analytic publications, producing ad-hoc reports, creating data visualizations, delivering presentations or briefings, and documenting methods in GitHub repositories.\nProvide technical education to staff on AI/ML topics on an ad-hoc basis.\nServe as an AI/ML subject matter expert supporting the customer's initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be accepted in place of a degree.\nDemonstrated professional experience with Python or R for AI/ML development.\nExperience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.\nExperience developing and deploying AI/ML models, including model tuning, experimentation, validation, and benchmarking.\nExperience with cloud computing services from major providers, including cloud-based AI/ML development and deployment.\nExperience with version control systems such as GitHub.\nPreferred Qualifications:Experience with AI/ML model explainability and interpretability techniques.\nExperience with verification and validation test benches.\nExperience with web development frameworks such as Flask.\nExperience using Tableau to produce visualizations and dashboards.\nFamiliarity with the customer's enterprise services, security controls, and data management practices.\nPrior experience supporting the Intelligence Community.\nABOUT\nAcclaim Technical Services (ATS), founded in 2000, is a premier provider of tech-enabled solutions and operational services to a broad range of U.S. Federal agencies.
