This includes a possible move to a multi-cloud architecture, managing growing customer requirements, and integrating with mission partners' data sources, applications, and technologies. You will connect people and systems across the organization: leading outreach to partner offices, documenting architecture, planning migrations, and keeping projects on schedule.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide systems integration support to multiple initiatives and perform horizontal integration across the organization.\nConduct programmatic outreach to other offices on behalf of the customer, and build strategic working relationships with partner offices and components.\nPrepare cross-component system architecture documentation.\nAssess and document current site network configurations, and provide input on network design and implementation plans.\nDevelop migration project proposals with a clear plan of action, level-of-effort estimate, and delivery timeline.\nHelp establish configuration management systems.\nCoordinate activities for customer program managers and teams, and engage with the customer team on project execution.\nMake sure project solutions and schedules are implemented on time.\nReview strategic plans and recommend corrective actions.\nPrepare deliverables such as presentations, strategies, requirements, status reports, plans, and ad-hoc documentation.\nCreate and deliver program and project artifacts and deliverables.\nSupport the customer's strategic and tactical planning activities.\nRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be accepted in place of a degree.\nDemonstrated experience performing systems integration on large-scale technical projects or programs.\nExperience creating and maintaining systems and architecture documentation.\nUnderstanding of cloud services.\nExperience identifying integration points between internal and external systems.\nExperience integrating and coordinating activities across a diverse set of customers.\nExperience advising a team of senior customers.\nAbility to plan and deliver tailored communication to customers at all levels.\nExperience developing and reviewing deliverables such as presentations, strategies, studies, requirements, status reports, plans, and ad-hoc documentation.\nProficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Excel\nPreferred Qualifications:Experience planning or supporting a move to a multi-cloud architecture.\nExperience with network design and configuration management practices.\nExperience supporting AI or data programs.\nPrior experience supporting the Intelligence Community.\nABOUT\nAcclaim Technical Services (ATS), founded in 2000, is a premier provider of tech-enabled solutions and operational services to a broad range of U.S. Federal agencies.
