Join us on our journey to be the model localization company of the next decade, one that's loved by clients, colleagues, and communities alike.\nYOUR NEXT ROLE\nAs a Localization Project Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of localization projects and Programs across a diverse range of clients, content types, and markets. Working under the guidance of Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Program Managers, you’ll help coordinate workflows, maintain accurate project data, support communication across stakeholders, and ensure that every project progresses smoothly through the localization lifecycle.\nThis role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in localization and Customer Success. You’ll develop a strong understanding of project delivery, client requirements, localization technology, and operational best practices while contributing directly to the quality, efficiency, and success of Acclaro’s services.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nProject and Program support: Support Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Program Managers with the coordination of project and Program activities across multiple clients and workstreams. \nWorkflow coordination: Assist with project setup, task creation, workflow configuration, scheduling, handoffs, and milestone tracking to ensure projects move efficiently through the delivery process. \nData and system maintenance: Maintain accurate project information, client records, forecasts, trackers, dashboards, and operational data across all required systems. \nInstruction preparation: Prepare, verify, and distribute project instructions, reference materials, glossaries, style guides, and supporting documentation to internal and external stakeholders. \nVendor and linguist coordination: Support communication with linguists, vendors, publishers, and other contributors, ensuring requests, questions, and deliverables are managed promptly and accurately. \nMonitoring and tracking: Monitor project progress, deadlines, and outstanding actions, escalating concerns or potential delays to the appropriate Project Manager or Senior Project Manager. \nAdministrative support: Complete project administration activities including purchase order processing, invoicing support, file management, status updates, reporting inputs, and documentation management. \nQuality support: Assist with quality-control activities, file verification, project checks, and process compliance reviews to help ensure delivery standards are met. \nTechnology utilization: Use translation management systems, workflow platforms, reporting tools, automation capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions as directed to support efficient project delivery. \nIssue triage: Respond to routine operational questions, route issues to the appropriate stakeholder, and ensure inquiries are addressed within expected timelines. \nCross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Project Management, Vendor Management, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other internal teams to support delivery requirements. \nClient support: Assist with client communications, meeting preparation, documentation, reporting, follow-up actions, and routine requests as directed by project leadership. \nProcess adherence: Follow established workflows, client requirements, security practices, and operational procedures consistently and accurately. \nContinuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and strengthen operational processes, sharing suggestions with project leadership. \nIndependent ownership of defined tasks: Take responsibility for completing assigned activities accurately, professionally, and on time, seeking guidance when required and escalating concerns appropriately. \nDevelopment and learning: Build expertise in localization processes, project management, customer service, and Acclaro technologies to support future career progression. \nProject ownership (where appropriate): Depending on experience, manage lower-complexity projects under defined guidelines and with appropriate oversight. \nTHIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU\nCommunicate clearly, confidently & professionally in written and spoken English \nHave 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, customer service, localization, or a similar environment. \nHold a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional \nDemonstrate exceptional attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. \nAre highly organized and can manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. \nCommunicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, partners, and clients. \nAre comfortable following established processes while adapting to changing priorities and business needs. \nTake ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through on commitments. \nCan identify issues, ask thoughtful questions, and seek guidance when needed. \nEnjoy supporting others and contributing to the success of a team. \nAre comfortable working with technology, systems, delivery. \nYOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU\nHave experience in localization, translation, content operations, project support, or customer service environments. \nHave experience using translation management systems, workflow platforms, or project management tools. \nHave strong Excel, reporting, or data-management skills. \nHave supported multiple stakeholders or concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment. \nHave experience preparing reports, dashboards, project documentation, or operational trackers. \nHave contributed ideas that improved efficiency, quality, or consistency. \nAre fluent in one or more languages in addition to English. \nHave experience working with globally distributed teams. \nDemonstrate a strong interest in progressing into Project Management or Customer Success
