Join us on our journey to be the model localization company of the next decade, one that's loved by clients, colleagues, and communities alike.\nYOUR NEXT ROLE\nAs a Localization Project Manager at Acclaro, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of localization programmes and projects, ensuring work is executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with client expectations. Working closely with Senior Project Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams, you'll coordinate resources, manage schedules, mitigate risks, and drive successful project outcomes across a diverse portfolio of content and services.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing complexity, and keeping multiple moving parts aligned. You'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting the success of some of the world's leading brands while developing the skills needed for broader customer and programme leadership responsibilities.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nProject ownership: Lead the end-to-end execution of localization projects and workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet agreed quality, schedule, budget, and client requirements.\nOperational delivery management: Coordinate project activities across linguists, vendors, engineers, publishers, DTP specialists, quality teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.\nProject planning and scheduling: Build and maintain project plans, manage timelines and dependencies, track milestones, and proactively communicate progress and changes.\nResource coordination: Allocate resources effectively, monitor utilization, and work with internal teams to address capacity, capability, or scheduling challenges.\nClient communication: Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned projects, providing timely updates, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nRisk and issue management: Identify delivery risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues appropriately when broader operational, commercial, or client impacts are identified.\nWorkflow execution: Ensure all localization workflows, client-specific processes, system requirements, and quality controls are followed accurately and consistently.\nQuality management: Monitor project quality throughout delivery, coordinate reviews and corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives designed to reduce errors and improve client satisfaction.\nFinancial management: Prepare project estimates, quotes, purchase requests, and budget inputs;
