hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide Level 2 technical support to end users across the region and ensure timely issue resolution.\nAdminister and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.\nDeploy, configure, and manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.\nManage endpoint administration and software deployment through endpoint management platforms.\nSupport endpoint security solutions, vulnerability management, and security incident resolution.\nManage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with internal security policies.\nMaintain and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 environments, Windows Server infrastructure, and virtualization systems.\nSupport and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and routing.\nMonitor infrastructure health, system performance, and security compliance.\nMaintain IT documentation, asset inventory records, and operational procedures.\nSupport IT security compliance initiatives and participate in internal or external audits.\nCoordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on infrastructure projects and regional IT initiatives.\nEnsure timely resolution of incidents and service requests through the IT Service Management platform.\nJob Requirements:\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.\nMinimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, or Systems Administration roles.\nStrong experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.\nExperience supporting Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.\nStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration.\nExperience with endpoint management platforms and software deployment tools.\nExperience supporting endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or equivalent technologies.\nGood understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing, and Wi-Fi.\nExperience troubleshooting enterprise wireless solutions (e.g. Aruba, Ruckus, or equivalent).\nExperience supporting enterprise firewall and VPN solutions (e.g. SonicWall or equivalent).\nFamiliarity with IT Service Management platforms such as ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar systems.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nGood
