The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in virtualization, cybersecurity, endpoint management, networking and enterprise infrastructure along with excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.\nThe Presales Lead will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to understand customer requirements, design scalable solutions and support revenue growth through effective technical consulting.\nKey Responsibilities\nEngage with enterprise customers to understand business, technical and security requirements.\nWork closely with sales teams during customer meetings, discovery sessions and technical discussions.\nDeliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops and proof of concepts (POCs).\nDesign and propose secure digital workspace and remote access solutions aligned with customer environments.\nPrepare solution architecture documents, technical proposals, BOMs and RFP/RFI responses.\nLead technical discussions with CXOs, IT Heads, Security teams and infrastructure stakeholders.\nCoordinate with internal product and support teams to address customer requirements and technical escalations.\nSupport channel partners and system integrators on solution positioning and technical enablement.\nDrive successful execution of POCs and ensure smooth transition to implementation teams.\nStay updated with industry trends, cybersecurity practices and competitor offerings.\nMentor and guide junior presales engineers and support team capability development.\nExperience & Qualification\n8+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture or Technical Sales roles.\nBachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.\nRelevant certifications in VMware, Microsoft, Networking or Cybersecurity would be an added advantage.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\n• Self-driven and consultative professional with strong problem-solving capabilities.\n• Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity environment.\n• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers.\n• Comfortable with customer travel and onsite engagements when required.\nWhy Join Accops\nOpportunity to work with cutting-edge cybersecurity and digital workspace solutions.
