In this pivotal role, you'll support the Chief Engineer in overseeing all engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring our facilities operate at peak performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. You'll be instrumental in driving operational excellence, fostering a collaborative team environment, and implementing forward-thinking solutions that enhance our organizational efficiency and guest experience.\nAssist in overseeing daily engineering operations and ensure team compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements\nDirect and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for building systems, interiors, exteriors, and operational areas\nExecute, monitor, and optimize the organization's preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend asset life\nManage inventory, assets, and security protocols for tools, equipment, and organizational property with meticulous attention to detail\nSupport budget monitoring and expense control; contribute to departmental forecasting and cost optimization initiatives\nDevelop, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that build technical competencies and maintain professional
