Together, we embody the vision of responsible hospitality.\nTake the opportunity to become a Heartist®, and let your heart guide you in this world where life beats faster.\n As Assistant Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of the Hotel through effective reporting, analysis, compliance and financial management.\nWorking closely with the Financial Controller and department leaders, your responsibilities will include:\nSupporting daily Finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, purchasing, and reporting.\nAssisting with budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.\nPartnering with leaders to improve profitability and manage costs\nPreparing accurate reports and providing commercial insights.\nSupporting cash flow, credit approvals and debt recovery.\nEnsuring compliance with Accor policies and internal controls.\nImproving financial processes and systems to drive efficiency.\nSupporting the development and performance of the Finance team.\nThis role offers the opportunity to combine technical finance expertise with commercial thinking and strong stakeholder relationships while contributing to the continued success of Movenpick Hotel Ikoyi\n To be successful in this role, you will bring:\nTertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.\n3+ years’ experience in a similar senior finance role.\nStrong analytical skills, commercial acumen and cost management experience.\nKnowledge of PAYG, GST, Payroll Tax, Workers Compensation, BAS, Accounts Payable and Superannuation.\nExperience with accounting systems;
