The role ensures exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, team engagement, and achievement of financial and quality objectives in line with the standards of the Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor.\nOperational Management\nAssist in managing the daily operations of all assigned F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.\nMaintain exceptional service standards in accordance with hotel and brand expectations.\nMonitor guest satisfaction and ensure prompt handling of guest feedback and service recovery.\nConduct regular outlet inspections to ensure cleanliness, ambiance, hygiene, grooming, and operational readiness.\nCoordinate closely with Kitchen, Stewarding, Purchasing, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.\nEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards.\nSupport the implementation of promotional activities, seasonal events, and outlet initiatives.\nFinancial & Administrative Responsibilities\nAssist in achieving budgeted revenue, profit, and cost control targets.\nMonitor payroll productivity, operating expenses, and inventory usage.\nReview daily sales reports and operational performance indicators.\nSupport inventory management, stock control, and monthly F&B stock takes.\nEnsure proper control procedures are followed in accordance with hotel policies.\nParticipate in forecasting, budgeting, and action planning activities.\nLeadership & Team Management\nSupervise and support outlet managers and team members across assigned outlets.\nLead by example and promote a positive and professional work environment.\nConduct training, coaching, and performance follow-up to enhance team capability and service quality.\nAssist with recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations.\nEnsure effective communication and teamwork among all F&B colleagues.\nPromote employee engagement and uphold company values and culture.\nGuest Experience\nMaintain a visible presence in the outlets during operating hours.\nBuild strong relationships with guests and recognize VIPs and repeat guests.\nEnsure personalized and memorable dining experiences are consistently delivered.\nHandle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.\n Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field preferred.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including supervisory or management experience in luxury hotels or upscale restaurants.\nStrong operational knowledge of restaurant and bar management.\nExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.\nStrong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple outlets effectively.\nGood command of English; additional languages are an advantage.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.\n We are far more than a worldwide leader.
