In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction across our facility. As an Assistant Manager, you'll lead, inspire, and support a dedicated housekeeping team while ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. cleaning standards, safety protocols, and company policies\nConduct regular quality inspections of all areas to verify cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with organizational standards\nManage daily housekeeping operations, including task assignments, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency\nMaintain accurate inventory records of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials; coordinate procurement as needed\nAddress guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, implementing corrective actions promptly\nCollaborate with other departments (front desk, maintenance, management) to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences\nDevelop and implement customized training programs to enhance staff skills, performance, and career development opportunities\nMonitor and analyze housekeeping metrics, including turnaround times and quality scores, to identify improvement opportunities\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and **Required Qualifications:**\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMinimum 3-5 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity\nProven expertise in housekeeping operations, cleaning protocols, and facility maintenance standards\nStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities\nProficiency in quality control and attention to detail\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)\nAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as required\nProblem-solving mindset with decisive decision-making capabilities\nKnowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations\n**Preferred Qualifications:**\nHousekeeping management certification or equivalent professional credential\nExperience with housekeeping management software or property management systems\nFirst Aid and CPR certification\nBudget management and cost control experience\nExperience in the hospitality industry\nBilingual proficiency (English and Hindi or regional languages)\nDemonstrated track record of
