The Assistant Outlet Manager will support the Outlet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, and team efficiency. This role is essential in maintaining smooth service flow, managing staff performance, and achieving financial goals.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperational Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service delivery, adherence to brand standards, and optimal guest experience.\nGuest Relations: Greet and interact with guests, ensuring satisfaction and handling any complaints or requests promptly and professionally.\nTeam Supervision: Supervise and motivate the outlet team, assign duties, provide training, and ensure staff performance aligns with company standards.\nInventory Control: Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring usage to minimize waste and maintain cost control.\nFinancial Oversight: Support in achieving outlet financial targets by monitoring expenses, upselling, and contributing to revenue generation strategies.\nCompliance: Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed within the outlet.\nCollaboration: Work closely with the Outlet Manager and other departments to coordinate service, events, and special promotions.\nReporting: Provide feedback and reports to the Outlet Manager on sales performance, staff issues, and guest feedback.\nProblem-Solving: Resolve operational issues efficiently and take initiative to improve guest service and outlet performance.\nSustainability: Commit to and maintain sustainable practices by enhancing resource efficiency, minimizing waste, and promoting eco-friendly, social, and ethical initiatives. Align with the hotel's broader ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) objectives to drive positive impact across all pillars of sustainability.\nCompliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices.
