You will work collaboratively with Director of Revenue to develop and implement revenue strategies while maintaining meticulous attention to financial data and reporting accuracy.\nAnalyze revenue data and market trends to support pricing and inventory decisions\nAssist in developing and monitoring revenue forecasts and budgets\nPrepare detailed reports on revenue performance, occupancy rates, and market analysis\nMonitor competitor pricing and market conditions to inform strategic recommendations\nSupport the implementation of revenue management strategies and initiatives\nMaintain and update revenue management systems and databases with accurate information\nCoordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with revenue objectives\nConduct financial analysis and modeling to identify revenue optimization opportunities\nAssist in creating presentations and documentation for management review\nSupport the development of pricing strategies based on demand patterns and market conditions\nEnsure compliance with revenue management policies and procedures\nParticipate in revenue management meetings and contribute analytical insights\n 2-3 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or related field\nProficiency with revenue management systems and property management software\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and financial modeling\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting\nKnowledge of pricing strategies and revenue optimization principles\nProficiency with data visualization and analytics tools\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently\nDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment\nUnderstanding of hospitality or business operations (preferred)\nExperience with competitive analysis and market research (preferred)\nFamiliarity with forecasting methodologies and techniques (preferred)\nKnowledge of the Dubai or UAE market dynamics (preferred)\n Visa Requirements:\nPlease note that you must be eligible to live and work in the United Arab Emirates.
