Together, we embody the vision of responsible hospitality.\nTake the opportunity to become a Heartist®, and let your heart guide you in this world where life beats faster.\n Novotel & ibis Gate Hotel - Abu Dhabi, UAE\nWe are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Assistant Sales Manager- Arabic Speaking to join our Sales team at Novotel & ibis Gate Hotel.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.\nDevelop new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, travel trade, and government segments.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.\nConduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel site inspections, and presentations.\nNegotiate corporate rates, prepare proposals, and manage client agreements.\nAchieve assigned sales targets and increase room-night production and revenue.\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.\nCoordinate with Revenue Management, Reservations, and other hotel departments to maximize business opportunities.\nMaintain accurate sales records, account profiles, and sales reports.\nPromote both Novotel and ibis Gate Hotel to maximize cross-selling opportunities and market share.\n Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably in a similar role.\nStrong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market and corporate client segments.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nProven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.\nGood knowledge of hotel sales systems and CRM tools.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nFluency in English;
