Whatever your pace, in the sea or on land, enjoy an experience fueled environment.\n AV Technician\nAs an AV Technician, you will be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual systems and equipment throughout the property, ensuring seamless support for meetings, events, conferences, and guest experiences.\nWhat you will be doing:\nInstall, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment, including sound systems, microphones, projectors, LED screens, televisions, video conferencing systems, and related technologies.\nConduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of AV equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.\nSet up and test AV systems for meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and other events according to operational requirements.\nRespond promptly to AV-related issues and provide effective technical support to guests and colleagues.\nMonitor and maintain audiovisual systems in guest areas, meeting rooms, banquet venues, restaurants, and public spaces.\nCoordinate with the Events, Banquets, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of all events.\nEnsure all AV equipment is properly stored, maintained, and accounted for.\nInspect all AV installations and work areas for safety concerns and take immediate corrective action when necessary.\nSupport all departments with their audiovisual requirements to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.\nAdhere to hotel standards, health and safety regulations, and preventive maintenance procedures.\n Your experience and skills include:\nPrevious experience in a similar AV Technician role, preferably within the hospitality industry.\nStrong knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and conferencing systems.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.\nFamiliarity with digital sound systems, projectors, LED displays, and video conferencing platforms.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple event setups in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat is in it for you:\nEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide\nLearning programs through our Academies\nOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!\nAbility to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21\nYour team and working environment:\nFun-loving, Vibrant & Passionate to learn & grow with us!\nOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:\nWe are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.\nWhy work for Accor?\nWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
