# Bakery Chef

We are seeking a talented and passionate Bakery Chef to join our team in 6th of October City Egypt. As a Bakery Chef you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods managing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety. Develop and execute a diverse menu of baked goods including breads pastries and desserts Oversee daily bakery operations including production scheduling and inventory management Train and supervise bakery staff ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene practices in compliance with local regulations Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal and specialty items Monitor and control food costs while maintaining product quality Stay current with baking trends and techniques to innovate and improve offerings Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products Participate in menu planning and recipe development Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications: Culinary degree or diploma in baking and pastry arts Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional bakery or restaurant setting Proven expertise in various baking
