renowned and historic French Quarter.\n Provide professional, attentive, and personalized food and beverage service during banquet events and catered functions \nSet up, maintain, and break down banquet event spaces according to event orders, banquet standards, and operational requirements \nServe plated meals, buffets, passed hors d’oeuvres, beverages, and wine service in accordance with hotel service standards \nMaintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms, service stations, and dining areas throughout events \nAnticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns \nCollaborate with Banquet Captains, Culinary teams, Bartenders, and fellow team members to ensure smooth event execution \nMonitor tables and service areas to maintain proper presentation and guest satisfaction throughout service \nFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures \nAssist with transporting banquet equipment, trays, linens, dishware, and supplies as operationally needed \nSupport weddings, VIP events, conferences, galas, and high-volume banquet operations as assigned \nMaintain professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality standards \nUphold hotel policies, service standards, and operational procedures at all times \n Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, or hospitality service experience preferred \nLuxury hotel or upscale dining experience preferred \nExcellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills \nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment \nStrong teamwork, multitasking, and organizational abilities \nAbility to maintain professionalism and composure during busy service periods \nProfessional appearance and demeanor required \nAbility to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as operationally required \nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States \nMust possess or be able to obtain any required Louisiana food safety certifications in accordance with local and state regulations \nMust meet Louisiana legal requirements for alcohol service if assigned
