This hands-on role is responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, bar and breakfast service, ensuring excellent guest experiences, high service standards and strong financial performance. You will lead, train and motivate the team, manage costs and stock, drive sales opportunities, maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety standards, and work closely with the wider hotel management team to deliver outstanding results.
