In this role, you will deliver exceptional beverage and food service to our guests, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency. You will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality.\nProvide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all guests throughout each shift, recognizing their needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction\nDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all beverages, cocktails, wines, spirits, and food offerings, and make informed recommendations to enhance the guest experience\nMaintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation of the bar area, including proper setup of tables, glassware, and furnishings\nAccurately process guest orders and payments using point-of-sale systems, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and cash handling procedures are followed\nWork collaboratively with bar staff, kitchen team, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service during all operating periods\nAttend pre-service briefings and stay informed about daily specials, menu changes, and operational updates\nMultitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing orders and managing multiple tables simultaneously\nMaintain strict adherence to licensing laws, food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and fire safety protocols\nPresent yourself punctually at the beginning of each shift in proper uniform with impeccable personal hygiene\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management to meet business and customer service needs\nCommunicate proactively with team members and management to resolve issues and contribute to a supportive work environment\n Previous experience working in a bar, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment\nStrong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and food and beverage products\nExcellent customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor\nProven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume service settings\nImpeccable presentation standards and commitment to personal hygiene\nKnowledge of licensing laws, food safety regulations, and health and safety requirements\nProficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively\nPhysical stamina to stand, move, and carry items throughout shifts\nAttention to detail and accuracy in order taking and service delivery\nTeam collaboration and willingness to support colleagues\nProblem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations\nFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays\n Previous experience in the hospitality industry.\nEgyptian nationality is accepted.\nV.
