With your knowledge of our authentically local menu you will ensure our guests receive an unrivaled experience at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.\nWhat you will be doing:\nReporting to the Outlet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:\nConsistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service \nFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standards \nAssist guests regarding menu items and make informative and helpful suggestions along the way \nHave full knowledge of all menu items, retail products, contents and preparation methods \nHave full knowledge of beverage lists and rotating promotions \nPrepare specialty coffee and service of items “to go” \nSell and attractively display merchandise \nHandle all cash transactions and sales \nComplete daily and monthly inventory \nPerform opening, cleaning, and closing duties \nReport any irregularities or comments from guests \nFollow all safety and sanitation policies \nAdhere to the hotel’s vehicle handling and safety policies while driving hotel and guest vehicles (when applicable) \nEmbrace the Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactions, with all guests and colleagues \nOther duties as assigned\n Your experience and skills include:\nPrevious Food & Beverage and/or retail experience required within the last 2 years \nPrevious Barista experience required \nPro Serve certification required \nVisa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
