coffee beverages and other café items with precision and consistency, following established recipes and quality standards\nDeliver warm, professional, and engaging customer service, making personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and menu knowledge\nMaintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, beverage options, ingredients, preparation methods, and current promotions to provide informed suggestions\nHandle cash transactions, card payments efficiently\nManage inventory tasks including daily stock checks, ordering supplies, and maintaining organized storage systems\nPerform opening procedures including equipment setup and cleaning, as well as closing duties such as cash reconciliation and facility preparation\nMaintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the café, adhering to all food safety regulations and company policies\nCollaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours\nReport any irregularities, customer feedback, or operational concerns to management promptly\nEmbrace company values and brand standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management\n **Required:**\nMinimum 2 years of Food & Beverage and/or retail experience within the last 2 years\nProven barista experience with demonstrated expertise in specialty coffee preparation\nStrong customer service skills with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities\nKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practices\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously\nPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks\nFlexibility with scheduling, including availability for morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts\nLegally eligible to work in India with valid work authorization\n**Preferred:**\nCertification in food safety or barista training programs\nExperience with specialty beverage preparation techniques and latte art\nInventory management experience\nFamiliarity with café equipment maintenance and troubleshooting\nExperience in a luxury hospitality or upscale café environment\nMultilingual abilities to serve diverse customer
