As a Barista Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional coffee experiences while building meaningful connections with our customers. You will combine technical barista expertise with genuine passion for specialty coffee, serving as both a skilled beverage craftsperson and a brand advocate who inspires customers to appreciate quality coffee culture.\nPrepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and specialty coffee drinks with precision and consistency\nOperate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and beverage quality\nEngage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing personalized recommendations and building lasting relationships\nEducate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to enhance their coffee experience\nMaintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety standards\nProcess transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and digital payments\nCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours\nRepresent the brand authentically by embodying company values and promoting specialty coffee culture\nGather and communicate customer feedback to support continuous improvement methods\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers\nDemonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards\nProficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic cash handling\nAttention to detail and commitment to beverage consistency and presentation\nAbility to work collaboratively within a team
