We want you to bring your passion and talent to the Mövenpick Hotel Auckland Team!\nAs a Bartender, your primary responsibilities will include:\nCreating an attractive atmosphere in Forage Kitchen + Bar through service and ambiance\nCreating cocktails and delivering a unique experience for our guests\nDaily preparation and closing of bar area\nDeliver high-quality guest service by providing efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service that meets standards, including guest needs and room service.\nMaintain operational excellence through proper hygiene, cleaning, mis-en-place, equipment control, stock takes, and accurate communication with kitchen and guests.\nEnsure accurate financial processes including guest billing, shift revenue reconciliation, and correct posting of charges.\nSupport smooth daily operations by adhering to service times, ensuring staff competence and sales maximisation, and working flexibly across a 7-day rotating roster with early and late shifts.\n Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:\nPrior Bartending experience\nArticulate verbal communication and passion for building a rapport with our guests.\nAbility to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions.\nClear and efficient communication with the kitchen team.\nThe right to work in New Zealand\n At Movenpick Wellington, we’re all about helping you grow your career and have a great time doing it!
