With solid experience behind the bar, you are confident preparing classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages, with a strong understanding of flavour profiles, techniques and presentation.\nYou have a strong working knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar set-up, with the ability to consistently execute drinks to recipe and luxury standards. You are confident working at pace during busy services while maintaining accuracy, quality and attention to detail. Experience with flair bartending, cocktail creation and premium spirits will be highly regarded.\nYou understand that great bartending is about more than making a drink. You enjoy interacting with guests, reading the room and creating personalised experiences through genuine conversation, product knowledge and confident service.
