empathy and professionalism, escalating security incidents or complaints to the Duty Manager when appropriate\nMaintain the hotel entrance and driveway operations in accordance with established service standards, safety protocols, and code of ethics\nPromote in-house facilities and hotel services to enhance the guest experience and drive operational efficiency\nEnsure all tasks are performed
