Every product tells a story, every interaction creates a connection, and every sale contributes to the spirit of the destination.\nAs Boutique Supervisor, you are the face of our retail space in Paros. You run the day-to-day operation of the shop, take care of our guests, drive sales, and keep the inventory and presentation in perfect order. Product selection and buying sit with ownership and the central team.\nFrom the moment stock arrives in Paros, the shop is yours to run. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys selling, takes pride in a beautifully kept space, and treats every guest interaction as an opportunity.\nKey Responsibilities\nSales & Guest Experience\nDeliver personalised service to every guest entering the boutique.\nActively sell through product knowledge and storytelling.\nAchieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.\nProcess transactions accurately through the POS and handle after-sales matters professionally.\nInventory Management\nTake full ownership of inventory levels and stock accuracy.\nReceive, check, and properly store all incoming product.\nConduct regular stock counts and ensure inventory discrepancies are minimized.\nSubmit replenishment requests in line with the approved assortment, and flag slow-moving products with proposed actions (in-room placement, repositioning, bundling).\nShop Presentation\nMaintain visual merchandising standards as defined by the brand.\nKeep the boutique clean, organised, and ready for guests at all times.\nEnsure pricing, labelling, and displays are consistent and correct.\nRefresh displays in line with seasonal direction and available stock.\nDaily Operations\nManage opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures.\nKeep accurate daily sales records and submit reports as required.\nFollow brand standards for service and presentation at all times.\nManage day-to-day retail operations efficiently.\nCross-Department Coordination\nWork closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, and F&B to drive retail visibility across the property.\nSupport seasonal activations, in-room placements, and on-property promotions.\nCommunicate stock updates and sales opportunities to the relevant teams.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in retail, hospitality, or luxury service, ideally in a boutique, spa retail, or hotel environment.\nStrong sales instinct and comfort hitting targets.\nHands-on approach to inventory, stock counts, and POS operation.\nWarm, polished, and confident with luxury guests.\nAttention to detail in presentation and product display.\nOrganised and reliable;
