If you love teamwork, creativity, and maintaining high culinary standards, this role is for you.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nRunning your section with confidence, efficiency, and consistency\n\nPreparing and cooking high-quality dishes to recipe and brand standards\n\nSupporting smooth service with strong organisation and a sense of urgency\n\nMonitoring stock, minimising waste, and maintaining cost awareness\n\nWorking collaboratively across kitchen sections to deliver outstanding guest experiences\n\nMaintaining impeccable food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nA team player with a genuine passion for food, attention to detail, and the drive to help create memorable dining experiences for every guest.\n Minimum of 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen environment\nExperience within an hotel environment is an advantage\nAs with the hospitality industry you will be available to work various rostered shifts\nUnderstanding of safety and manual handling requirements\nRemain calm and effective in high volume work situations\nBe a good team player;
