needs.\nDevelop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the outdoor catering and events sector\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction\nLead, mentor, and manage the event team, providing guidance on sales techniques, client engagement, and performance optimization\nPrepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts for outdoor catering and events services, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements\nConduct site visits and consultations with prospective clients to understand their event needs and present customized catering and event solutions\nCoordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction\nMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify growth potential and inform strategic decisions\nManage sales pipelines and forecasts, utilizing CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and client interactions\nNegotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients while
