Through your vigilance, attention to detail, and effective monitoring of surveillance systems, you will help ensure a safe and secure environment while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across the hotel, including guest areas, back-of-house facilities, entrances, exits, parking areas, and colleague accommodation where applicable.\nObserve and identify suspicious activities, security breaches, safety hazards, and unusual incidents, reporting them promptly to the Security Supervisor or Security Manager.\nMaintain continuous surveillance of designated areas to help prevent theft, unauthorized access, and other security incidents.\nMonitor access control systems and report any unauthorized entry or suspicious movement within restricted areas.\nRespond promptly to security alerts, alarms, and requests for assistance, coordinating with the security team and relevant departments as required.\nRecord, document, and report incidents accurately in accordance with hotel security procedures.\nReview and retrieve CCTV footage when required for investigations, incidents, or management requests, ensuring all requests are properly authorized.\nMaintain the confidentiality and integrity of surveillance footage, security records, and other sensitive information.\nEnsure all CCTV equipment, monitors, recording systems, and related security devices are functioning correctly.\nReport technical faults, camera blind spots, recording failures, or other system irregularities to the Security Supervisor and relevant technical support team.\nMaintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, system faults, and shift handovers.\nAssist in investigations involving security incidents, accidents, loss prevention, and violations of hotel policies, as directed by authorized management.\nSupport emergency response procedures by monitoring relevant areas and communicating information to the security team during fire alarms, evacuations, medical emergencies, or other critical situations.\nEnsure compliance with hotel security policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable data protection and privacy requirements.\nMaintain professional conduct, alertness, and discretion at all times while on duty.\nAttend departmental briefings, training sessions, and security meetings as required.\nPerform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Security Manager.\n High school diploma or equivalent qualification.\nPrevious experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or a similar role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.\nKnowledge of CCTV surveillance systems, video recording equipment, and access control systems.\nBasic computer skills and the ability to operate security monitoring software.\nGood command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.\nKnowledge of security procedures, incident reporting, and emergency response protocols.\nRelevant UAE security training or licensing, where required by applicable regulations.\n What is in it for you:\nComprehensive medical coverage as per company policy.\nEnjoy meals on duty.\nAll Heartist Card offering discounted room rates at Accor Worldwide for you, your family and friends.\nEnjoy special discounts at our restaurants and outlets.\nBenefit from a wide range of learning opportunities and development programs through our Academy.\nBuild your career with opportunities to grow within the hotel and explore exciting career paths across Accor’s global network.\nGet involved in meaningful corporate social responsibility activities and contribute positively to our community and the world around us.\nOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:\nWe are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.\nDiversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
