controls and monitors departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget\n Degree from School for Tourism & Hotel Management\nClefs D’or members\nMinimum five years’ experience as a Concierge or in a related position\nGood English language verbal communication skills \nStrong leadership and teamwork skills\nSolid interpersonal skills; able to ascertain and effectively address guest/employee needs\nAbility to promote positive relations with hotel residents and patrons\nAbility to exercise good judgment with difficult guests\nUnderstanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment\nAbility to work with constant interruptions with a high degree of professionalism\nAbility to prioritize and organize work assignments;
