In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive technical excellence, strategic innovation, and operational efficiency across all engineering functions. As Chief Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping our engineering vision and delivering results that directly impact our business success.\nProvide strategic leadership and direction for all engineering operations, maintenance, and technical initiatives\nDevelop and implement comprehensive engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices\nOversee daily operations and ensure strict team compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and all applicable regulatory requirements\nDirect maintenance, repairs, and optimization of building systems, infrastructure, interiors, exteriors, and guest-facing areas\nExecute, monitor, and continuously optimize the organization's preventive maintenance program to maximize asset longevity and minimize
