The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing Asian, African, Arabic, Indian, and Continental dishes, including a variety of international breakfast selections, while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.\nPrepare and cook Asian cuisines, including Filipino, Myanmar, Indonesian, and other regional dishes.\nPrepare African, Arabic, Indian, and Continental dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.\nSupport daily breakfast preparation and service across Indian, Asian, Arabic, African, and Continental cuisines.\nMaintain consistency in food taste, quality, portion control, and presentation.\nEnsure timely food preparation and replenishment during cafeteria service.\nFollow food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and proper food storage standards.\nMonitor stock rotation, minimize food waste, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.\nWork closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and a high-quality dining experience for all Heartists.\n Culinary degree or professional culinary certification preferred.\nProven experience as a Commis I or similar role in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, resort, or large-scale catering operation.\nGood knowledge of Asian (Filipino, Myanmar, Indonesian), African, Arabic, Indian, and Continental cuisines.\nExperience in preparing and supporting breakfast service across various international cuisines.\nKnowledge of food safety, hygiene, HACCP standards, and proper food handling procedures.\nAbility to follow standardized recipes, maintain food quality, and work efficiently in a multicultural kitchen team.\n Additional Language is an added advantage.\nOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:\nWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.\nBy joining Accor, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow's hospitality.
