pastry tools\nOrganize and maintain the pastry station ensuring all ingredients and tools are properly stored labeled and accessible\nMonitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results and prevent waste\nAssist with pastry decoration plating and presentation to meet our aesthetic and quality standards\nMaintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in all pastry preparation areas at all times\nSupport the pastry team with inventory management tracking supplies and communicating ordering needs\nCollaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of pastry items to service\nAdapt to dietary requirements and allergen management protocols as directed by the pastry chef\nContribute to a positive inclusive team environment through open communication and willingness to support colleagues\n\nQualifications: \nMinimum primary school education\nMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in a pastry baking or similar culinary role\nOral proficiency in English
