assistance throughout their stay.\nAnticipate guest needs and proactively offer recommendations and solutions.\nRespond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.\nProvide detailed information regarding hotel facilities, services, local attractions, shopping destinations, cultural sites, restaurants, and events.\nEnsure all guest interactions reflect the standards of a luxury hotel.\nArrange restaurant reservations, transportation, limousine services, airport transfers, tours, and special activities.\nCoordinate bookings for entertainment, cultural experiences, sporting events, and other guest requests.\nFacilitate VIP guest requirements and special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, and celebrations.\nAssist guests with courier services, ticketing, and travel arrangements when required.\nBuild positive relationships with guests through attentive and personalized service.\nHandle guest complaints and service recovery situations professionally and efficiently.\nMaintain confidentiality regarding guest information and preferences.\nEnsure VIP guests receive special recognition and personalized attention.\nLiaise effectively with all hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.\nCoordinate with external service providers, vendors, and local partners.\nMaintain accurate records of guest requests, reservations, and follow-up actions.\nCommunicate important guest preferences and requirements to relevant departments.\nMaintain an organized and professional concierge desk area.\nEnsure brochures, maps, promotional materials, and local information are current and readily available.\nKeep up to date with local events, attractions, restaurants, and transportation schedules.\nMonitor guest feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.\nAdhere to hotel policies, procedures, and luxury brand standards.\nFollow data privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements.\nSupport emergency and evacuation procedures when necessary.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.\n Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar customer-facing role within a luxury hotel.\nPrevious luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred.\nExperience managing VIP and high-profile guest requests is an
