We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator - Hotel Activities to bring those stories to life across digital platforms.\nIf you love being where the action is, capturing real moments, and turning them into engaging content - this role has your name on it.\nAs Content Creator - Hotel Activities, you will support the development and execution of a content strategy aligned with short- and long-term marketing goals. Working closely with your Manager, Marketing and Design teams, you will create dynamic content that showcases the hotel’s vibrant atmosphere and guest experiences.\nThis is a creative, fast-paced role that blends storytelling, collaboration and on-the-ground execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nContent Strategy & Planning\nSupport the development of content strategy aligned with marketing objectives\n\nCollaborate with Marketing and Design teams to plan content style, tone and layout\n\nContribute creative ideas for campaigns and activity promotions\n\nContent Creation & Execution\nProduce high-engagement content highlighting hotel activities and guest experiences\n\nExecute written content and support visual direction in line with campaign briefs\n\nRewrite and refine copy to ensure clarity, simplicity and strong brand voice\n\nCapture real-time content during events, activities and special moments\n\nInnovation & Trend Awareness\nStay up to date with content trends and digital developments\n\nGenerate fresh ideas to maintain audience interest and drive engagement\n\nCompliance & Brand Standards\nEnsure all content complies with copyright, data protection and brand guidelines\n\nMaintain consistency with the luxury positioning of the Rixos brand\n\n What We’re Looking For\nCreative mindset with strong storytelling ability\n\nConfident communicator with an outgoing personality\n\nComfortable working around guests, events and live activities\n\nStrong writing skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)\n\nUnderstanding of social media platforms and engagement techniques\n\nOrganised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities\n\nBasic photography and short-form video skills are a strong advantage\n\n The
