Make it your next move.\nOur Hotel\nThe Sydney Boulevard Hotel, a classic establishment near Sydney’s CBD, boasts 275 well-appointed guest rooms, 2 food and beverage outlets, and 11 function rooms.\nWe are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards.\nWe are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Part-time or Casual PM Cook to join our team, support our Kitchen team, and help ensure guest requirements are always met with exceptional service.\n What you will be doing/ Key Responsibilities:\nPrepare Breakfast, room service, and bar food orders\nPrepare and ensure the availability of mis en place as required.\nMaintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation standards. \nEnsure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage. \nEnsure your area of the kitchen is cleaned to the highest standards\nEnsure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned.
