As a Cook, you will execute every dish with precision, consistency, and pride while contributing to a culture of craftsmanship, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Working alongside an accomplished culinary team, you will help to create memorable guest experiences through seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and genuine hospitality. Reporting to the Garrison Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:\nResponsibilities\nExecute every dish with consistency, precision, and attention to detail.\nTaste and season food throughout production to ensure every place meets Garrison standards.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and disciplined workstation throughout each shift.\nDemonstrate proficiency in core culinary techniques while continuously developing new skills.\nDevelop a thorough understanding of menu items, ingredients, allergens, sourcing stories, and seasonal changes.\nPrepare all food according to Garrison recipes, plating standards, and quality expectations.\nSupport teammates during service while communicating professionally and respectfully.\nMaintain impeccable sanitation, food safety, and temperature logging standards.\nProperly rotate, label, and store all products to minimize waste.\nEnsure all EHC and ServeSafe standards are followed supporting the direction of your Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties.
