excellence.\nAs part of our continued growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional to join our Finance team as a \"Cost Controller\".\n Monitor and control food, beverage, and other operational costs to ensure compliance with established budgets and cost standards.\n\nConduct regular cost analyses and investigate variances between actual costs, budgets, and theoretical consumption.\n\nMonitor purchasing prices, supplier invoices, goods receiving, stock movements, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.\n\nConduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system records, investigating and reporting discrepancies.\n\nReview food and beverage recipes, portion sizes, yields, and selling prices to support accurate food cost and beverage cost calculations.\n\nMonitor wastage, spoilage, complimentary items, staff meals, and other cost-related transactions, ensuring proper documentation and control.\n\nReview purchase requisitions, market lists, and stock requests in line with established procedures and operational requirements.\n\nWork closely with Purchasing, Receiving, Store, Kitchen, Food & Beverage, and other operational departments to strengthen cost control practices.\n\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports, including food cost, beverage cost, inventory variances, and consumption analyses.\n\nMonitor menu engineering data and product profitability, providing insights to support pricing and cost optimization decisions.\n\nEnsure compliance with inventory management procedures, internal controls, and company policies.\n\nIdentify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements to minimize losses and maximize operational efficiency.\n\nSupport month-end closing activities, inventory reconciliations, and internal and external audits.\n\nPrepare regular reports and present cost-related findings and recommendations to the Finance and operational management teams.\n\n Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.\n\nPrevious experience in cost control within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, purchasing procedures, and stock reconciliation.\n\nFamiliarity with hotel management systems, inventory management software, and POS systems.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.\n\nStrong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.\n\nGood command of written and spoken English.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both Finance and operational teams.\n\nAbility to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced hospitality
