Together, we embody the vision of responsible hospitality.\nTake the opportunity to become a Heartist®, and let your heart guide you in this world where life beats faster.\n Manage all activity within the marketing and public relations department, ensuring all brand standards are followed.\nServe as the hotel’s primary brand ambassador, ensuring that brand guidelines are followed.\nDevelop the hotel’s communication strategies and execute the marketing, public relations and marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Sales, Spa, Food and Beverage departments to ensure profit growth and brand exposure.\nThis includes but is not limited to the following:\nHotel photography\nCreative direction for advertisements\nPR pitch calendars and tactical activities\nDevelopment and dissemination of media releases/minimum 2 per month\nGuest and sales collateral pieces\nBuild brand partnerships and generate consumer event activations at the property level.\nPlan and execute 6 - 8 media events per year, ranging from restaurant launches, packages, media familiarization trips, etc….\nResearch, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on.\nPlan and oversee the hotel’s advertising and promotional activities, including print, electronic, radio, social and direct mail.\nDevelop promotional materials, which including printed collaterals\nLiaise with the regional and corporate office on projects to support FRHI initiatives.\nProvide key messaging support for media interviews and for reputation management issues i.e. crisis communications.\nDevelop and deliver insightful strategies and presentations to the executive committee and business departments where appropriate.\nManage PR and marketing agency resources for ad hoc projects and campaigns.\nUpdate and regularly review all hotels’ restaurant and spa listings in both print and electronic media.\nWork with digital marketing to develop compelling consumer and media content.\nSubmit monthly reports to the Dubai Regional Office (DRO) outlining return on investment (ROI) media awareness/coverage and key activities.\n Prior experience within a luxury hotel or luxury hospitality environment is a mandatory requirement for this position\n\nMinimum 5 -
